Reception/Meet the Artists at 5:30 p.m. in Robb Alley, Proctor’s
Concert begins at 7:00 p.m. in the GE Theater of Proctors
A benefit event featuring some of New York’s favorite musicians — traditional as well as performer/interpreters. Featured performers included Joe Bruchac, Abenaki storyteller and flute player and his son Jesse Bruchac; Adirondack singer/songwriter Dan Berggren; multi-instrumentalist John Kirk and Cedar Stanistreet; ballad singer Colleen Cleveland; Sengalese drummer and dancer Fode Sissoko; and performer/interpreters Kim and Reggie Harris.

The musicians we work with love to jam! Here are Fode Sissoko and John Kirk, two of the featured performers of the benefit concert, jamming backstage beforehand.

The reception scene before the concert. Attendees dined, chatted, bought raffle tickets, and enjoyed the spacious lobby area generously donated at Proctor’s Theater.

Wow, was the food spread by A Taste of Europe catering ever delicious! A few reception attendees, including Bill Spence (with back to camera), Andy Spence of Old Songs and John McKeeby, enjoy the tasty food and engaging conversation before the concert.
